RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

You may need to return a product because the size that was purchased did not fit or maybe you just need a different item.

Please fill out the contact form indicating your receipt # in the subject field and a brief explanation in the message field.
Sports Action Ltd’s management will receive your message and contact you within 1–2 working days to discuss the way forward.
Please be advised that Sports Action Ltd will ONLY facilitate a return for exchange or refund providing the requirements listed below are met and verified via a physical inspection of the item done by Sports Action Ltd's management. Only then a determination will be made if an exchange or refund to the customer will be applied.
1) The item and its packaging MUST be returned clean, unused & undamaged just as it was purchased.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED: Before each item is packed for delivery, each item is carefully inspected by a Sports Action Ltd staff member to ensure that there are no pre-existing issues.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED: Soiled, used or damaged items will NOT be considered for exchange or refund.
2)Â Â All tags and labels attached to the item MUST still be intact.
3)Â Â Returning items MUST be in our possession within 14 days after the order was delivered
OPTIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The customer has 2 options to return items to us for exchange (Please always contact us to schedule the process)
1) At the customer’s expense for a new delivery, our courier will deliver the exchange and also collect the return. Both costs of the new delivery to the customer and from the customer to us will have to be paid to us via credit card or bank transfer (We will remit all deliver costs to and from us directly to our courier)
2) The customer can make arrangements with us and return the item to our store directly for exchange (located at Lower Level, Harry’s Plaza, High Street, Princes Town, Trinidad, West Indies) during our regular opening days and hours. (Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm , Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm , Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm)
KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING
- 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders returning for refund.
- There will be NO restocking fee applied to orders returning for exchange.
- NO refunds for Clearance Items, clearance items can only be exchanged.
- NO refund or exchange will be applied for under garments such as sports bras, base layers and some types of tights.
