SALES TAXES

Sports Action Ltd is a VAT registered business and will automatically charge and withhold the applicable value added tax (VAT) for all orders where applicable. (Please note that there are some sport equipment that are VAT free)

RISK OF LOSS

  • Title to goods herein being purchased passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer.
  • Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a courier selected by Sports Action Ltd is ours and / or our courier’s responsibility.
  • Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a courier or person selected by the Customer is the customer’s responsibility.
